The trade show involved representatives of various branches, with the offer aimed at seniors as the common denominator. The exhibitors included delegates of tourism industry, healthcare sector as well as suppliers of health food, beauty products and comfort clothing. There was also no shortage of specialised press titles, dietary supplements and medical equipment.
This was the already second time that Polish Tourism Organisation (Polska Organizacja Turystyczna - POT) showcased the offer of health tourism as part of the “Go to Brand” programme. The Polish stand was conveniently located right next to the fair hall entrance. The enormous interest shown in the trade show was observed already on the first day, when long queues to ticket offices were forming before the opening hours.
Visitors to the stand most often inquired about rehabilitation services and the dental offer. An unquestionable highlight of the Polish stand involved competitions, with vouchers for a stay in Poland as the main prize. One lucky winner will be able to enjoy a weekend in Gdańsk and a second one will relax in a mountain spa. Consolation prizes were also accepted with great satisfaction and enthusiasm.
